Samen met mede Stembevrijder en vriendin Marijke, geef ik workshops Stembevrijding. Op zo’n dag hebben we ruim de tijd om aandacht te geven aan wat er in jou leeft en wat er aan klank uit jou wil komen. Dit doen we doormiddel van lichaamsbewustzijn, bewust zijn van je adem en door met elkaar klank te maken.

We nemen je hier stap voor stap in mee. En, door dit samen met een groep te ervaren, kun je je gedragen voelen, het kan je ondersteunen en meenemen, je kunt hierover delen met anderen. En wie weet wat je hier nog meer in gaat ervaren.
